Third-Party Relationships and Limitation of Liability
Effective Date: November 4, 2025 | Last Updated: July 31, 2026
Bread Squared LLC ("Bread Squared," "we," "us") may from time to time refer, recommend, or introduce clients to third-party vendors, affiliates, service providers, financing sources, and other independent businesses ("Third Parties"), and Bread Squared may in turn be referred or recommended by such Third Parties. All Third Parties are independent of Bread Squared.
Nothing in any referral, recommendation, or introduction creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Bread Squared and any Third Party, and no Third Party is authorized to act on our behalf or bind Bread Squared.
Any recommendation or referral is provided for convenience and informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any Third Party, or of the products, services, pricing, availability, or results a Third Party may provide. Bread Squared does not control, supervise, or assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, conduct, performance, or results of any Third Party, and makes no representation regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of any Third Party's products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bread Squared disclaims and shall have no liability for any loss, damage, cost, injury, or claim of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or relating to your engagement with, reliance on, or dealings with any Third Party, including any transaction, agreement, financing, or service entered into between you and a Third Party. Your relationship with any Third Party is solely between you and that Third Party, and any dispute must be resolved directly with them.
We strongly encourage every client to independently evaluate any Third Party, review that party's own terms, disclosures, and pricing, and consult qualified legal, tax, or financial professionals before entering into any agreement. Bread Squared does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, is not a lender, and does not issue loans through any of its products.
Nothing in this disclosure limits or waives any right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
