Every client starts with a free wellness call where a coach pulls a soft review of your profile, identifies what's helping you and what's hurting you, and lays out a path forward. From there you pick the program that fits your goals: rebuild a thin or damaged personal file, stand up a fundable business credit profile, or both. You work with a real coach the whole way, no chatbots, no copy-paste dispute mills.

Do I have to buy something to get started?

No. The wellness call is genuinely free and there is no obligation to enroll. You'll leave the call with a clear read on where your credit stands and what it would take to get where you want to go, whether or not you ever spend a dollar with us. We'd rather you walk away informed than pressured into the wrong program.

How do I know which program is right for me?

That's exactly what the wellness call is for. A coach will look at your credit profile, your goals (a house, a business loan, better cards, peace of mind), and your timeline, and recommend the program that actually fits, even if that means starting smaller than you expected, or pointing you to something we don't sell. If two programs could work, we'll explain the trade-offs honestly so you can choose.

Is everything you do compliant?

Yes. Bread Squared operates as a Credit Services Organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), plus applicable state laws. We do not, and legally cannot, remove information from your credit report that is accurate, current, and verifiable. What we can do is challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, help you add positive reporting accounts, and coach you on the behaviors that move scores over time. You'll always get a written contract, a written disclosure of your rights, and a three-day right to cancel.

Will checking my credit hurt my score?

Not when we do it. Our review uses a soft inquiry, which is visible only to you and does not affect your score in any way. You can have unlimited soft pulls with zero impact. A hard inquiry, the kind that can ding your score a few points, only happens when you actively apply for new credit, and that's always your decision, not ours.

What's the difference between a soft and a hard inquiry?

A soft inquiry is a read-only look at your credit report. It happens when you check your own credit, when a lender pre-qualifies you for an offer, or when we review your file. It never affects your score. A hard inquiry happens when you formally apply for credit, a card, a loan, a mortgage, a lease. Hard inquiries stay on your report for two years, can shave a few points off your score for several months, and signal to lenders that you're actively seeking credit. Too many in a short window can make you look risky.

What is a thin credit file?

A thin file is a credit profile with too little history for lenders and scoring models to evaluate confidently, generally fewer than about five active tradelines, or accounts that are too new to have established a pattern. A thin file isn't the same as bad credit; you may have never missed a payment in your life. But to a lender, no data is its own kind of risk, and a thin file often gets the same denials a damaged file would. Thickening your file with the right mix of revolving and installment accounts is one of the fastest ways to become genuinely fundable.

How soon can I expect results?

It depends on where you're starting and how quickly you can provide what your coach asks for. New tradelines typically take one to two billing cycles to report to the bureaus. Disputes follow the FCRA's 30-to-45-day investigation window. A genuinely fundable personal or business profile is built over months, not days, usually three to nine, depending on the program and your starting point. We won't promise a number or a timeline, because anyone who does is either guessing or lying. What we will do is set realistic milestones and keep you posted at every step.

What's the difference between the three main packages?

Personal Essentials ($2,500) is for entrepreneurs who need to stand up a fundable business credit profile from scratch, EIN setup, compliance, vendor tradelines, and your first business credit accounts. Business Essentials ($3,000) is our most popular package and adds deeper personal-credit optimization alongside the business build, which is what most lenders actually underwrite on. Total Essentials ($3,500) is the full stack, personal credit repair and optimization, business credit build-out, banking relationships, and coaching across both sides. What payment methods do you accept?

Card and debit, PayPal, and financing through Klarna and Affirm where they're available for your amount and location. Klarna and Affirm let you split the cost into monthly payments after a quick soft-pull approval, neither one affects your credit score to check. Pricing shown on the site is total program cost, not a deposit; there are no hidden fees or surprise charges added later.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Under CROA and applicable state law, you have an unconditional right to cancel your contract within three business days of signing, for any reason, with a full refund, no questions asked. After that, refund eligibility depends on the program and what work has already been performed; your coach will walk you through the specifics before you enroll. Month-to-month services like Credit Monitoring ($49.99/mo) can be cancelled any time with no penalty.

Do you guarantee approval or a specific score increase?

No, and you should be skeptical of anyone in this industry who does. Lender decisions belong to the lender, and score changes depend on factors no coach controls, your payment behavior, your utilization, what other accounts report, and how the bureaus weight your file that month. What we guarantee is that we'll do the work we contracted for, communicate honestly about what's working and what isn't, and never use tactics that put your file at risk. Results vary, always.
