Bread Squared is a Credit Services Organization registered with the Texas Secretary of State, registration no. 20250011. We maintain a surety bond as required by Texas law. Bread Squared is not a credit repair organization. We do not, and cannot, remove accurate, current, or verifiable information from your credit report.
1. Description of Services and Total Cost
Depending on the program you select, Bread Squared provides one or more of the following, bundled together as a credit-profile package:
- Educational materials and coaching on how to position, build, and optimize your personal and business credit profile, including how to properly set up bank accounts, establish accounts that report to consumer reporting agencies, and pursue funding from financial institutions;
- Placement of a specified number and type of authorized-user tradelines on your credit profile; and
- On your request, assistance in applying for a loan or other funding from a financial institution.
Programs and Pricing
Our credit-profile packages range in price from $2,500 to $5,000, depending on the package you select and the number and type of tradelines it includes. The specific package name, its contents, and its price will be identified for you at checkout and in your signed service contract before you pay.
Estimated period for performance: 30 to 50 days (and in no event more than 180 days) from the date your contract is signed.
Total Cost
- Package price: the price of the specific package you select (between $2,500 and $5,000), payable in full at checkout or under the terms of any financing you choose (see "Financing" below).
- Optional loan-assistance success fee: if -- and only if -- you use our optional loan-assistance service and actually obtain funding through it, you will owe a success fee equal to 10% of the funding you receive, payable after those funds are disbursed to you. If you do not obtain funding through our assistance, no success fee is owed.
Financing
You may pay in full or finance your purchase. If you finance, the loan proceeds are paid to Bread Squared for your package, and you repay the financing provider under that provider's separate loan agreement, which sets your interest rate, term, and total of payments and may cause your total payments to exceed the package price. Financing may be provided through Special Financing Company (which Bread Squared services on a branded platform) or arranged for you through a third-party provider, including Affirm (via First Nestiva Group) or Clarity Pay (via Titanium Capital Solutions). Your financing agreement is a separate contract between you and the financing provider.
Bread Squared does not guarantee any specific credit score, funding approval, tradeline posting result, or other financial outcome. Results vary based on your starting point and the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
2. Your Right to Proceed Against the Surety Bond
Bread Squared has obtained a surety bond as required by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act. If you are damaged by any violation of that Act by Bread Squared, or by Bread Squared's breach of a contract or obligation arising from a contract governed by that Act, you have the right to proceed against this surety bond to recover your actual damages, up to the amount of the bond.

4. Your Right to Review Your Credit File
Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1681 et seq.), you have the right to review the information about you that is kept on file by a consumer reporting agency (a credit bureau).
5. When You Can Review Your File
The information in your file at a consumer reporting agency is available to you for review:
(a) without charge, if you request it from the consumer reporting agency no later than the 30th day after the date the agency receives notice that you have been denied credit; and
(b) for a minimal charge at any other time.
(You are also entitled to free credit reports under federal law through www.annualcreditreport.com.)
6. Your Right to Dispute Information in Your File
You have the right to dispute, directly with a consumer reporting agency, the completeness or accuracy of any item contained in your file maintained by that agency.
7. Accurate Information Cannot Be Permanently Removed
Accurate information cannot be permanently removed from the files of a consumer reporting agency. No one can lawfully remove accurate and current information from your credit report.
8. When Information Becomes Obsolete
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, certain information in your file becomes obsolete after a period of time, and a consumer reporting agency is prevented from issuing a consumer report that contains obsolete information. In general, most adverse information becomes obsolete after seven years, and a bankruptcy generally becomes obsolete after ten years, measured as provided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Once information is obsolete, the consumer reporting agency may not include it in a report, subject to the limited exceptions allowed by law.
9. Nonprofit Credit Counseling Is Available
Nonprofit credit counseling services may be available to you, often at little or no cost. You may locate a nonprofit credit counseling agency through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling at www.nfcc.org, or through the U.S. Department of Justice list of approved credit counseling agencies at www.justice.gov/ust.
10. Authorization to Obtain Your Credit Report (Prequalification)
As part of our services, we obtain a copy of your consumer credit report and related consumer report information to prequalify you and provide the services you request. We do this only with your authorization, which you confirm when you complete your purchase and sign your Disclosure Statement and service contract. Our prequalification review is a "soft" inquiry and does not affect your credit score; any later "hard" inquiry would require your separate authorization. This authorization is obtained under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1681 et seq.).
Your Cancellation Right
You have the right to cancel your contract with Bread Squared, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third day after the date the contract is signed. The full details of this right, and the forms you can use to cancel, are set out in the Notice of Cancellation attached to your service contract. Any payment you make will be returned within 10 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
